This was not your ordinary keynote & networking event. Upon entering guests grooved to the sounds of a live DJ while touring Birmingham's newest coworking space. After refreshments and networking, we settled down for a candid conversation with Bärí A. Williams about the realities of being Black in Tech.

This was our 2nd event, ever, and it was a success! Over 100 existing and aspiring entrepreneurs came to separate fact from fiction about Silicon Valley in a fun and culturally affirming way. While there was a crowd, this event still felt intimate and provided a space where folks felt seen.
